How does refund works?

The payment gateway will provide a portal to the merchant to mark any transaction as partial or full refund.

How long does it take to process refunds?

The refund amount gets credited in 6-7 working days.

How can I request for a refund process?

On your Dashboard, under refund options you can request for it by simply clicking on the refund button. Meanwhile You can keep track of refund status.
